Le Marius — Restaurant
One kitchen, two services, and produce treated like a portrait subject.
Le Marius wanted a full set: the dining room, the plates, the kitchen team. I shot an entire service, from plating to the last table. The dishes are framed like portraits, without that Instagram lacquered surface. The menu changes, the images need to age well.
